Cultivando Exito is a new program that CSF implemented November 2009. The program will develop opportunities to low income adults and farmworker individuals in Yuma County by successfully preparing them for employment readiness through integrated services that include:

  • Soft skills training
  • English for employment
  • Adult Basic Education
  • GED Preparation
  • Computer and Digital Literacy for the work place
  • Placement services
